Duty import (or "tariffs") are a tax imposed by the agencies of QQ over a certain goods and services that was imported, brought or carry it inside of the sovereign house of QQ Care Centre from outside of QQ Care Centre. The Central Bank of Finance Department (CFD) will impose tariffs under Section 44.1(d) QQ rules Penal Code 44 Act 2021.
There are two types of duty import or tariffs imposed by the CFD:
Specific Tariffs (Tarif Spesifik) - Tariff that was on a fixed amount imposed regardless of the value of the imported goods and services. For example, all jackets that was brought outside of the house will be tariffed QQ$100 per piece, regardless of the price of the jacket is QQ$3,000, QQ$3,500 or QQ$5,000.
Ad-Valorem Tariffs (Tarif Ad-Valorem) - Tariff that was on a percentage rate imposed to that value of the imported goods and services. For example, all jacket that was brought outside of the house will be tariffed 5%, meaning a QQ$1,000 jacket will be tariffed QQ$50 while a QQ$1,500 jacket will be tariffed QQ$75.
Under the Budget 2025 that was introduced by Admin OKITO LIM, the Central Bank of Finance Department (CFD) will impose the following tariffs:
On 2nd April 2025, the 46th President of the United States (USA) Donald John Trump has imposed a so-called 'reciprocal tariffs' towards all goods and services in the economy of QQ Care Centre at a rate of 24%, as stated in Section 2 Annex I of the Executive Order signed by President Trump at https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/04/regulating-imports-with-a-reciprocal-tariff-to-rectify-trade-practices-that-contribute-to-large-and-persistent-annual-united-states-goods-trade-deficits/. This tariff was imposed towards the economy of QQ Care Centre due to the reasons that has NOTHING to do with our sovereign house of QQ Care Centre.
To respond the President's threatening tariff towards all goods and services on QQ Care Centre's economy, the CFD will impose an ad-valorem tariff of 48% towards all goods and services that was produced, manufactured, imported and brought from the land and soil of USA.
The rate will be based on the value in USD but will be charged in QQ$ in a rate of US$1.00 = QQ$0.48.
For example, goods brought from the USD with a value of US$50.00 will be tariffed QQ$24.00.
The amount of clothes in QQ Care Centre are increasing. This can cause a wastage of storage and money, increase of dust collection, and burden the image and reputation of QQ Care Centre as a whole.
To reduce the amount of clothes inside of the sovereign house of QQ Care Centre, after consulting the BGroom@QQ, the CFD will impose a specific tariff of QQ$100.00 per clothes that was imported or/and brought outside of QQ Care Centre, regardless of size, color, material and purpose.
For example, Person A brought 3 T-Shirts, 2 Jeans and 3 Hoddles (8 clothing). Hence, Person A will be charged with a tariff of QQ$800.00 for these 8 clothing.
THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING: Underwear, panties, bra, socks, leggings, handkerchief, shorts.
The Communications, Information and Digital (CID) Department saw an increase of unused gadgets that was brought outside of QQ Care Centre.
To reduce the amount of 'shopaholic' members of QQ outside of QQ Care Centre when shopping, the CFD will impose a specific tariffs to the following gadgets: (per item)
All kinds of Headphone/Earphone: QQ$100.00
All kinds of Cable (charger/adapter): QQ$40.00
All kinds of Smart Devices (phone/tablet/pod): QQ$1,000.00
All kinds of Plug: QQ$20.00
All kinds of Pen-Drive/SSD: QQ$90.00
The amount of antique that was 'collecting dust' is increasing in QQ Care Centre. This can cause the air quality of QQ Care Centre to be affected.
To reduce the amount of antiques in the sovereign house of QQ Care Centre, the CFD will impose a specific tariff of QQ$500.00 per item of antique that was imported or/and brought outside of QQ Care Centre, regardless of the value if that antique.
The amount of shoes like classy shoes and sport shoes are increasing in the house of QQ Care Centre. The amount of shoes inside of QQ Care Centre determines directly how dirty can these shoes affect the cleanness of our floor of QQ Care Centre.
To reduce the amount of shoes inside of QQ Care Centre, the CFD will impose a specific tariff of QQ$1,000.00 per shoe that was imported or brought outside of QQ Care Centre, regardless of the value of that shoe.
"Shoe" includes sports shoe, classy shoe, boots, winter shoe, winter boot, high-heel shoe (kit kok hai), and covered shoe.
THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING: Slippers.
