How we calculate our circulation and reserves?
The Central Bank of Finance Department (CFD) has direct access towards bank accounts, reserves, and values of all members of QQ and agencies of QQ. It is the role of the CFD to ensure that any data that was received by the agency will kept STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL unless to authorized personnel only.
The CFD will then key in all data manually in an Excel sheet (.xlsx) to get the sum of the circulation and reserves.
Can I see the full list of the circulation and reserves of QQ?
In accordance to QQ rules Penal Code 62 Act 2021, to protect the privacy of the members of QQ, we will NOT disclose our circulation or reserves publicly yet. However, the basic view of our circulation and reserves are available at the Home page.
If you wish to view our circulation or reserves in more detailed version, please email the Central Bank of Finance Department (CFD) at qqcarecentre@gmail.com. You will be scheduled to have an appointment with the CFD to view the reports of our circulation and reserves privately. Email us your name, your MOQ ID number (or passport number), and why did you want to see the full list of the circulation and reserves. Appointment is ONLY based on suitable reasons with supporting documents. If you view our full list, screenshot or taking photos of the document is STRICTLY NOT allowed.
